The Networked Controllers combine an industrial controller with Power over Etherneti (PoEi), a webserver, embedded SCADA and a modbusi server to provide process control and monitoring over an intranet or internet connection.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) to IEEE802.3.af overcomes the need for local instrumentation power supplies. PoE uses standard RJ45i connectors and a single Cat 5e cable for both power and communications.

Each variant has been optimised to meet the demands of a particular application or environment.

NC300-Custom Panel
The fully customised version of the NC300 to include a display, keypad, inputs and outputs to meet your custom requirements.
NC300-DIN
The NC300-DIN can be clipped onto a standard DIN rail. Screw terminals provide connections for signal inputs and outputs with an RJ45 for power and ethernet.

The NC300-Bridge is a modbus serial, RS485(2 wire), master which provides modbus TCP/IP and web browser access to all key modbus parameters.

NC300 - Networked Controller

The NC300 combines an industrial controller with Power over Ethernet (PoE), a webserver, embedded SCADA and a modbus server to provide process control and monitoring over an intranet or internet connection.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) to IEEE802.3.af overcomes the need for local instrumentation power supplies. PoE uses standard RJ45 connectors and a single Cat 5e cable for both power and communications.

 

All common sensors responding to temperature, humidity, or level, for example, can be used. The built in controller drives the relay contacts to connect to an external device and provide closed loop control and alarm functions.

The two output relays can also be used to switch on a local alarm annunciator.The NC300 can be configured and monitored with a standard web browser using the built in web server. Comprehensive Modbus TCP/IP functions ensure easy system integration.
